Overview

This online store is operated by Danielle Originals. By visiting this store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from this store. If you do not agree, do not use the store or place an order.

Eligibility and order information

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your location. You agree to provide current and accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. You are responsible for reviewing your order, product options, and delivery address before payment.

Products and availability

Most Danielle Originals merchandise is produced only after an order is placed. Product photographs and mockups are intended to represent the item, but color and placement can vary slightly because of screens and production methods. Prices, descriptions, and availability may change before purchase. An order may be canceled and refunded if an item cannot be produced, if information is materially incorrect, or when reasonably necessary to address fraud or misuse.

Prices, payments, taxes, and shipping charges

The currency, item price, applicable taxes, and available shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Payments are processed through Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout. Additional import duties, taxes, customs charges, or carrier fees may apply to international orders unless checkout states otherwise.

Production, shipping, and delivery

Production partners, including Printify when identified for an item, may produce, package, and ship orders directly. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Items from different partners may arrive separately. The Shipping page forms part of these terms.

Returns, replacements, and refunds

Made-to-order items have limited return and exchange eligibility. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled under the Returns & Replacements page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Artwork, music, and intellectual property

Artwork, music, photographs, graphics, branding, and written content displayed by Danielle Originals are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. Buying a product does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or mint the work as a digital token. Personal use of the purchased item is permitted, subject to applicable law and any license stated on the product page.

Third-party and affiliate links

This store may link to Spotify, Durga Picks, production partners, or outside retailers. An outside retailer controls its own checkout, pricing, inventory, shipping, returns, and customer service. Some outside links may be affiliate links, and Danielle Durga may earn a commission from eligible purchases at no additional cost to you.

Acceptable use

You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity; interfere with the store’s security or operation; submit false information; or use automated methods in a way that unreasonably burdens the service.

Store availability and responsibility

The store is provided on an available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Danielle Originals does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access and is not responsible for delays or failures outside its reasonable control. No limitation in these terms applies where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Changes

These terms may be updated prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. A purchase is governed by the terms and policies presented when the order is placed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
